Scope of Application
The regulation is an essential step to strengthen individuals' fundamental rights in the digital age and facilitate business by clarifying rules for companies and public bodies in the digital single market. A single law will also do away with the current fragmentation in different national systems and unnecessary administrative burdens.
This Data Protection Declaration is intended to inform the user of this website in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation the scope, use and purpose of the collection of personal data.

MIVA Technologies GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Website Operator) treats your personal data confidentially in accordance with statutory regulations.


Management of Personal Data  
The Website Operator collects, uses and shares personal data only if and when this is allowed within the legal framework, or if you have agreed to the collection of your data.  
All information used to determine you as a natural person, which can be traced back to you – for example, your name, e-mail address and telephone number, are deemed personal data.

Management of Contact Details
In the case of correspondence via e-mail, a requisite legitimate interest in processing the data exists. The additional personal data submitted during transmission is processed to prevent misuse of the mail contact form and to secure our information technology systems.

analysis of website usage.

The information collected by cookies, such as browser type/version, the
operating system used, referrer URL (the previously visited site), the host
name of the accessing computer (IP address), the time of the server
request, are, as a rule, sent to a Google Server in the USA and stored
there.  

On this website the user's IP address, if within the member States of the
EU and the European Economic Area, will be truncated (cut/shortened).
Personal identification via your IP address is not possible. Within the
framework of the data agreement between the website operator and
Google Inc., the aforementioned creates a statistical evaluation of website
usage, site activity and provides Internet-related services relating to online
use, thereafter utilising the data collected.  
You have the option to prevent the storage of cookies on your device, by
making relevant changes to your browser settings. There is no guarantee

User Rights: Information, Rectification and Deletion
You will receive information regarding personal data stored free of charge
upon request. If your request does not conflict with any legal data storage
obligation (e.g., data retention regulations), you have the right to rectify
incorrect data and request that your personal data is blocked or deleted.


The Right to Revocation of the Data Protection Declaration
You have the right to revoke any Data Protection Declaration granted
under previous data protection law upon request. Through the revocation
of consent, the legality of processes carried out on the basis of consent
given prior to revocation will remain unaffected.


Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Data Processing Authority
(DPA)
DPAs are independent public authorities that supervise, through
investigative and corrective powers, the application of the data protection
law. They provide expert advice on data protection issues and handle
complaints lodged against violations of the General Data Protection
Regulation and the relevant national laws. There is one in each EU Member
State. The regulatory authority where the complaint was filed shall inform
the complainant about the status and outcome of the complaint, including
the possibility of a judicial remedy, in accordance with Art. 78 of the
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
